Fine Dining at The Wyatt Hotel

The Wyatt Hotel offers four diverse dining venues to suit all tastes at a range of budgets. One common trait throughout all venues is great food and service, offering a fine dining experience wherever you decide to dine.

Resident Chef, Eoin Mc Donnell, has been at the helm of cuisine at the Wyatt Hotel since 2003. Eoin has had an extensive career having held Head Chef posts in leading restaurants in Dublin, Kerry, Kilkenny and Switzerland. Eoin, originally from Dublin, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Panel of Chefs, Ireland and has successfully represented Ireland on numerous Culinary Olympic teams.

Since Eoin’s move west, The Wyatt Hotel has established an extensive awards portfolio. The hotel has won several dining excellence awards including Taste of Ireland with Paolo Tullio, Dining Pub of the Year, Feile Bia standards as well as Lucinda O’ Sullivan awards for 2011 & 2012.

Eoin values the use of local produce and superb culinary skill in producing a first class fine dining experience throughout the property.
